Terms and Conditions



Dear customers,
  1. FULL PAYMENT is required before the delivery.
  2. Sales are first-come first served basis.
  3. Reservation is allowed, with booking fee of RM30.
  4. Full payment are to be made within 7 days after the reservations, otherwise the order will be canceled. No refund for deposit. Appreciate for serious buyers only.
  5. At the moment we accept payment via CIMB, Bank Islam and Maybank only.
  6. An invoice and payment method will be provided via email.
  7. All prices does not include postage charges unless stated otherwise.
  8. Serikandi Boutique would not sent any parcel during Sunday and public holidays.
  9. Serikandi Boutique is not held responsible for any damage  caused during the delivery and we also not liable for any loss of parcel caused by Poslaju Malaysia.
  10. All transactions are final and all item purchased cannot be returned or exchanged, unless with reasonable causes.
  11. We reserves the right to change its terms and conditions without prior notice.
