Shipping and Handling

Dear buyers,

1. All orders are shipped using Poslaju Malaysia only (due to its proven reliability).
2. Postage fee (unless stated otherwise):
• RM6 - Peninsular Msia (for first 500gm) and another RM3 (for next 250gm)
• RM9 - Sabah Sarawak (for first 500gm) and anotherRM4 (for next 250gm)
3. Once item has been posted, a track code will be sent to your email and you can track your parcel through Pos Malaysia's webpage.
4. Please ensure that there is someone to pick up your parcel during daytime as Poslaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, you will have to collect the parcel at the nearesr Poslaju office.
5. It will take 1-2 days (Peninsular Msia) or 2-3 days (Sabah/Sarawak) to reach to you.
6. Once received, kindly notify us via email. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
